Saving on iPad

I received by email a form to fill in.  I have filled it in & it shows in my adobe reader. However when I email it back to the sender the form is still blank. How can I make what shows in reader go thru the email?

    Do you know in which program the recipient is viewing the PDF? Not all PDF readers support viewing filled in forms (for example, the reader built into the iPad mail app as well as the viewer used in apps like dropbox).

    She was also using adobe reader. She tried it from her lap top & her iPad.  I also tried to email it to one of my own email addresses & it was blank.  Thanks for your help! :)

    Which specific application were you using when you viewed the form on the PC and on the iPad? Thank you!
