Please download Adobe Application Manager from cloud, sign in and then you'll find Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family. Encore is part of this installation.

Can I please have exact steps to access Encore. I've downloaded the Premiere Pro CS6 Family, but Encore is not jumping out at me.

Which operating system?

Mac: should in your Applications folder

Windows: should be in your Start Programs menu

No not in the Welcome to Adobe Premiere Pro screen.

In the Windows start menu choose All Programs at the bottom and then expand the Adobe folder. You should see an entry for Adobe Encore CS6.
