Waiting to Install

My creative cloud photoshop CS6 downloads and extracts ok, but the "waiting to install" bar just keeps going without ever installing.  Is there something to do to get it to actually install?  Acrobat x Pro and Audition did install.

    I had the same issue - what we found out was that the file had tried to install on a previous attempt but failed. So when we attempted to download it again and it got ready to install it thought it was already there and returned the "waiting to install" message which lasted for about 4 hours before we decided to exit out of it. We finally thought to reboot the computer and download the file again and it worked!

    Same problem here.

    Rebooting actually solved the problem. Thanks TerryWPC for the tip
