How do I download Creative Cloud items?

May 10, 2012 4:14 PM

What is available at this time?

Why was i billed right away on my preorder when the billing statement said i would not be billed until later on the release date?  Can i cancel and reorder when the CC is ready?

Creative Cloud Membership is scheduled for release tomorrow. You are correct about the trial versions of the CS6 products being available now on the Adobe website. If you install these you can convert them from trial to be part of your subscription once the subscription is live tomorrow.

Regarding cancellation, I copied this from the Creative Cloud FAQ

Can I return my Creative Cloud membership?

You can return Creative Cloud within the first 30 days of purchase and get a full refund by calling your regional Adobe customer service center. The return process can differ for various countries or regions. Learn more about returning products in North America or Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Hrmm, I have same issue.. I have acrobat 6 trial, and only option is serial number or continue trial. No login with creative cloud option available to convert the trial to full version.

Acrobat X I was using was an old trial, unistalled and used new CS6 trial and was able to convert to licensed version. An option to 'license software' came up.
(Previous post meant to say Acrobat X opposed to 6)
