In windows, find the actual program (.exe or application files) for the editor or organizer and right-click and make a shortcut. On a mac, launch the program and click-hold the dock icon and choose Keep in Dock.

For Windows, righ-click on your Desktop and select New...Shortcut.  Then browse to the location of the executables:

    The Editor's executable is:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 10\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe"

    The Organizer's executable is:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 10 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe"

    Ken

Go to applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements 10>Support Files and double click this file:

    editor-location.png

For the organizer go to Applications and double click Adobe Elements 10 Organizer.

If you installed PSE that is the only place it can be. Therefore you have not installed it.

Downloading is not installing. Look in your downloads folder. Double click the download and go from there.
