unistall

i had a prelease of cs6 and it won't unistall. what should i do? i had also try using the cleaner tool and still nothing happened, i need some help.

    Which operating system are you using?  Did you use the uninstallers prior to using the Cleaner tool?  Are you receiving an error message when you try to install the released version?  Which CS6 product are you trying to install?

    I've always had it, but can't get any updates installed on my Mac...

    Alrkrash I don't understand your response.  Although I would recommend you start a new thread as there is not enough detals from Bell Jay to see if your difficulties are related.
