I cannot download Production Software from Creative Cloud

Hi,

I have subscribed to Creative Cloud and have successfully downloaded all the software except AE, Premiere and Encore ( I believe Encore is included in Premiere?)

They are showing on the grey side bar just under the Tutorials buy when I select Ae or Pr they do not appear in the list of downloads or in the Adobe Application Manager

you must be on a 32 bit OS. these products are not supported on 32 bit systems.

premiere pro and after effect cs6 are not avaialable for 32 it OS, te CCM website and AAM will auto detect your OS and if its 32 bit then it wont reflect there

Hi Saurabh, Baljeet and Arpit
Thank you for your reply, I thought it was just 32 bit Macs that were not compatable.
Luck I have a 64bit laptop!
