my Imac still want serial codes for all applications.

 

Hosts file is clear, no blocking software installed.

 

On my fresh installed Macbook Air - all apps are licensed ok - only Photoshop want serial code...

 

 

 

What to do with the imac? I tried the help, not noting helped. Do i need to reinstall LION?

    Which language ver. did you bougnt, and which have you installed?In my case that was a problem - I bought eng. ver. but I've installed native.

    I beleive you are using the CCM for installing the software,

     

    Try moving the cache.db file to the desktop and then check:-

     

    Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache

    I could only choose ENGLISH during the purchase but the downloaded software is German ... Thats a good point Kamil. I try downloading english version now...

    > Uninstall the Application.

    > Run the Adobe Cleaner Tool.

    > Download PS CS6 from Adobe.com

    > Use your adobe id to register and install PS CS6.

     

    Let me know if that does not work.

    Arpit, you mean downloading from the website, and not the ACC Client? Ok i try

    Yes, its a workaround. Try that and check if that helps.

    yes, try downloading from adobe.com, install as trial and register it with the same adobe ID with which you boougt the CCM subscription

     

    it will automatically pick your subscription linked to your adobe ID.. No need to enter any serial number for PS CS 6

    ok I tried two different ways. I changed the language from Application Manager to ENGLISH, downloaded Photoshop and it worked! No Serial Code Question. Your Way Arpit worked aswell for the ENGLISH version.
