Photoshop Trial

I previously tried to download a trial of Photoshop CS5 but it didn't work (is extracting(?)) and now, a few days later, I have tried to download a trial of Photoshop CS6 but it won't be added to the queue and I can't cancel the CS5 trial for some reason...help?

    Where did you choose to download the install files too?  I would recommend canceling your download and starting the download again this time choosing the default location of the User folder.
