I have had 2 chat sessions (including one with Manish) and 2 extremely long telephone conversations with Adobe customer support and Adobe technical support with no resolution to determine why I cannot deactivate the Dreamweaver CS4 program from my dead computer in order to activate it on a new one. A "case" was opened for this problem on November 6; I had to submit the receipt of purchase and all details of the situation. There has been no response from Adobe since that time and no way to contact any support rep about it other than to sit on the 30 minute queue again. Every rep I get merely repeats the information in the script and passes me to another department. This is severely impacting my ability to work. I am trapped in Adobe support hell!
