Muse Installation problem

I downloaded and installed Flash and Muse at the same time but Muse says it is installed but will not launch nor can I find it anywhere on my HD (OSX). I would like to redownload and reinstall but the Adobe installers says it is installed so I cannot do anything.

 

EDIT: A reboot proved to help a bit, I was able to locate the Muse uninstall app, I am cuurently trying to redownload/install.

 

EDIT 2: re-installed a second time and still cannot launch Muse app

    Please check in the Application folder and see if Adobe Muse is listed.

    I have and I just did.

     

    It is not there

    The uninstall link 'Uninstall Adobe Muse' should be in  here in Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.

    Yes thank you. I did locate the uninstall but the same problem remains (per my edits in the first post)

    Do you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR installed?

    I may not have the latest AIR, let me check

     

    I got the following error message while trying to install AIR

    1) Choose 'Creative Cloud' from the field 'Select Your Adobe Product'

     

    2) Choose the option " Download, installing and setting up" from drop down menu for the option ' Tell us what you need help with?'

    Installing Adobe AIR and newest Flash player and a reboot/reinstall of Muse resolved my problem,

    Hi,

    This wordked for me.

     

    Tried to download the Muse product from the trial download page of Adobe.com, and installed it on other location than applications.

    Thank you,

     

    But I was able to get it to install correctly after downloading newest AIR and Flash Player, with a computer reboot then install
