Adobe air after I click agree nothing happens

I have windows 7 (x64) and I need after effects cs6... I want the trail first, but when I click download, adobe air pops up and it says "agree" or "quit" for the terms and conditions. So I click agree and nothing happens! Please help, I have tried to restart the computer and reinstall and run as administer!!!

    Check your User Account Control settings.  You may try temporarily turning it off to see if it resolves your difficulties.
