Master Collection 5.5 for WIN loaded properly but is only showing me paid upgrade options. Purchased April 25.

1) Choose 'Creative Cloud' from the field 'Select Your Adobe Product'
2) Choose the option " Orders, refunds, and exchanges" from drop down menu for the option ' Tell us what you need help with?'
If you purchased your upgrade from Adobe you'll get an email prior to 5/25 with instructions on how to claim your upgrade. If you purchased from a reseller go to www.adobe.com/go/pa which has all the steps you'll need to follow in order to claim your free upgrade.
