my bad luck i bought cs5.5 PP in Jan this year , my Q? is i bought it by amazon in us. store but now i'm living in kuwait for some work , can i upgrade it from here or not ?

Have you tried to email the sales group? Have you tried to contact the support through their contact information? Have you tried to chat with support while looking at the products on this site? I hope you have followed through with one of those by this time. Those paths just seem to be more direct than posting this question here.
