If I have access to both Android and iPad & want to use the Touch Apps with both will I need to purchase the app twice?

    I'm pretty sure that you'd have to purchase them separately; they are two different platforms on two different markets (Google Play and iTunes, respectively). You'd have to have Adobe confirm this though.
