Premiere Pro CS6 will not open

Creative Cloud - Premiere Pro CS6 will not open due to "Could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video dsiplay drivers.

 

My current stand alone CS5.5 still opens.

 

All so why is this a discussion - I cannot contact Adobe apart from going round and round. Why can you not send an email?

    The posted link doesn't go to the correct place even though it looks accurate although if you copy/paste it into the address line and it'll work.

    The message marked as Correct in that message thread seems clear to me

     

    Your HP has "On board chip Graphics Mobile Intel HD Graphics and my Separate Graphic Card Radeon (TM) HD 6770M 2GB" and Premiere Pro can't work properly with the Intel graphics... so you need to go to the AMD control panel and have your HP use the more powerful Radeon GPU

     

    Actually doing that is not somehing I can advise, since I don't have the same computer
