Larger thumbnails in Brushes, Symbols, etc.

The thumbs in the Brushes Panel and the Symbols Panel are still tiny.

How are we supposed to see what we're picking?

 

I wish we could make them larger as we can with Color Swatches.

    If you click on the brush definition and then double click on the brush you will get a larger view. I know it's not what you want but at least you can see a larger preview.

    Isn't there a way this can be added? The thumbnails for most of the complex symbols are completely useless. Is there a script that might do this? Ideally, the symbol libraries should have a search feature also.
