Just made a Collage with zhis Great App. for iPad. with uploading the file and opening the App. the next Time there were no preview shown and by tapping the file it appears the following Message:
the Operation couldn't be completed. cocoa error 259
my Creative work disappeared in the Creative cloud.
Does anyone have a Solution to get this file back?

We need few details to narrow down the issue so please provide the following information:
- Are you able to open this collage on your ipad? If not then are you able to open any other collage you created on your ipad?
- Are you able to open this collage from http://creative.adobe.com/? If not then what message/error do you see?
- If you are able to access the file from http://creative.adobe.com/ can you please download your filename.colz and send it to me at chandna<at>adobe<dot>com (We will use it only for debugging purpose ).
- When does the 'cocoa error 259' appear - when you open this collage on your ipad or when you try to open it from http://creative.adobe.com? It will be really helpful if you can send us a screenshot of the same (You can take a screenshot on iPad by clicking the Power button on the top right corner of your iPad, and while holding it down, click the “iPad Button”. Thanks Tigor, We are trying to isolate the issue at our end. In the mean time if possible can you give some more information about this problem:
- While working on the said collage (Collage-6) were you able to re-open the collage atleast once? (For e.g. you created the collage added some images etc and closed it and reopened it.)
- While closing this collage did you see a crash ? (While crashing, the application would just vanish and you would suddenly start seeing the ipad screen with application icons)
