SWF playback problem

I created a swf around 31mb in size, and uploaded it to my website. It displays fine both on Firefox and IE (both latest versions with latest flash players) on my computer when I open my website, which means there wasn't any problem with uploading the swf, but when my friend tries to open on her computer (she only has latest IE), it doesn't display at all. There's no white placeholder, just an empty page, but if she right clicks the page on where the swf should be, it'll give the flash popup (zoom in, zoom out, show all, quality, print, settings, global settings, about flash player), which means it detects a swf object there, but just isn't displaying it. We're sure the page is loaded because we waited like 10min, and the window no longer as the loading icon.

I used Dreamweaver CS5 to upload the swf, via insert->media->swf.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Thanks.

Maybe your code points to your local drive instead of the server?  You should provide a link to the page that is having the problem.

Provide a link to the html page and it will be easier to help you.
