how do I get.

I have purchased a premier element 10 which has 3 discs in it.I have downloaded disc number 2 and all was well till I came to use the movie maker.I got a message on screen telling me I had to go to this web site and enter serial number then copy the unlock key and paste into field below.Well I copied the serial number then it asked for country which I put in then it asked for the premiere element which to me is 10 but there is no 10 on the list so where do I find the key and unlock it so I can use my movie maker.
