Hyperlink with custom uri scheme

In the current Adobe Reader version (10.2) hyperlinks are supported. However, when I try to use custom uri schemes within the hyperlinks, such as abc:// these do not work. What I wish to achieve is to launch an external AIR application using intent filters to display rich content. Is there any way to work around this issue?

    Hi Kodelite,

     

    Adobe Reader currently only allows web and email links, and no custom URI links.

    Hi Guarav, are there any plans to add support for custom URI links? I think this would be a very useful feature for many scenarios.
