Editorial Workflow Management?

How do editors digitally route InCopy files to each other in proofing stages? I think there is something that shows each editor's "inbox" or "queue" and lets them check-in InCopy files to the next editor in the process. Do I need a plugin? If so, which one would be best for staff of 6-10 editors, and low cost?

    On its own InCopy does not have this capability. For small workgroups this works just fine.

     

    If you need more be prepared to pay...a lot. Solutions such as K4 can be very expensive and frankly with a group that size there's no need to spend that kind of money when email and phone calls can do the job quite nicely.

    Bob, thanks for the info. Out of curiousity, how expensive is K4? Is there any solution that is less expensive?
