Download successful, but cannot make it work. When comes the time to "Print to File", ask for "Output File Name". Have no idea what this name could be???

Are you running Windows 7 SP1? You may want to try the solution outlined here: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/createpdf-desktop-printer-window s-7.html If this isn't the issue, let us know and we'll try some other steps.
