I have been downloading for a number of years to Adobe 3. Now it says my parameters are wrong?

I have been downloading from my camera to Adobe 3 photo album for years. Tried again today, and it says the parameters are wrong. What parameters?? Where do I go to change them?

I see have you tried removing and reinstalling? Do you still have access to the installation files?
