cs5 plugins in cs6

Do all plugins from cs 5 work in CS6? For example, the HOT CAD tools or cvalley tools, astute graphics has a cs6 version for phantasm so we;re good to go there.

any ideas?

No , CS% plugin may not work in CS6 , it would be better to contact the Plugin Manufacturer.

well now that is quite disappointing. IF I upgrade to CS6 I'd like to use the 64 bit version of CS6 but at the same is there a 32 bit version of CS6 that I can use too so I can use the cs5 plugins on the 32 bit version?
