@Michael_Ga which web browser have you tried? It is likely your security settings, plug-ins, or installed toolbars which are causing your difficulties.
Thank you Jeff. I opened my seldom used Firefox browser yesterday and it downloaded just fine. I will say I down load a lot of web material and I don't recall having any other problems. Using lightroom since v2. Looking foward to v4.
