Using Flash Player

Help please!

I have Internet explorer 9. Ihave unistalled the old flash player. My operating system is windows vista.

I have tried to download the new flash player but I keep getting the same error massage every time.

It says Installation Error / Actionlist not found.

Please tell me how to fix this so it will download.
