Cannot Download

Hi there.

 

I have been trying to download the Design and Web Premium for the past couple of days but no luck at all. It stops at 10.13% or 484MB in the download manager and I cannot progress any further.

 

i have followed the troubleshooting tips of clearing caches and trying different browsers but it still does not work.

 

i have bought a download version and am a little worried that I will not be able to download.

 

Can I just be sent a link to the files to download!

    Hi Joe,

     

    We apologize for all the trouble you had.

     

    Could you confirm if you are trying to download the same from Adobe Licensing wesbite or directly from Adobe.com.

     

    If you want you can download directly from Adobe.com as trial and then serialise it.

    Hi Mandhir,

     

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried both and I am, always stuck at 10.13%. I have just tried in a different browser and still the same problem.

     

    Error 109 comes up in the Adobe Download Manager but I have tried the solutions to this in the troubleshooting page and still no luck.

     

    Really not too sure what elese to do!
