I have the same issue as the last two orders from Adobe store: got wrong version (ordered osx, got win). I have called adobe three times and filed eleven (one per day) requests for return, all not responded by Adobe. Does anyone know how to contact the company?
What has not worked so far: four phone calls to Adobe with two to upper level supervisors, thirteen support cases with updates, two chat sessions, posting on forum. What has worked in the past: contacting the Better Business Bureau. Adobe must have taken lessons from the old Quark tech support.
