Try to do a force quit. Download & restart the Adobe Application manager and check.

    Thanks

    Great Darko.

So, all those who are getting this problem, they can install the adobe application manager directly from the site here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

Once the installation is complete, use Adobe application manager from this shortcut: “/Applications/Adobe Application Manager”.

    Hi Darko,

If you have installed Adobe Application Manager once, you can directly launch it using the shortcut present at ; "/Applications/Adobe Application Manager".

you dont need to run this installer again and again. Just make sure that you have installed Adobe Application Manager directly from this link: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

If it doesn't still solve your problem, i will have a remote login session with you to solve the problem.

seems like Adobe Application manager is corrupt on your machine. Use this cleaner tool to http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html to remove AAM (only Adobe Application Manager).

after cleaning up, install it again from the link  http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774 and then launch from the shortcut.

    --thanks

    Hi Darko,

I would like to get into a screen sharing session with you with one of the engineers on our team. Can you let me know a suitable time to have a 45-minutes session?

Also, please let me know which timezone you are in.

    Regards,

    Amit Batra

Would you prefer Thursday morning or evening (Los Angeles time)?
