Style Sheet not attached to Template Pages

I recently change my password for my website...not sure if my question and the change of password are involved or just a coincidence? Now, my template pages have lost the style sheet. They work properly on the internet but do not have a style sheet attached when I open them up in Dreamweaver CS4. Each time I open up a page there is no style sheet attached. How can I fix this? Thanks!

An FTP password change wouldn't effect style sheets. Something else is amiss.
