Most applications that has tracking capabilities has the ability to track forward and backward according to the payhedpossition. After Effects tracker and davinci resolves tracker can do this. A necessary feature for a tracker i think...

Speedgrade has a tracker built in so you can track objects to attach masks to. The tracker works fine exept i cannot get it to track backwards according to the payhead possition.

It only tracks forward so my question is - Can Speedgrade tracker track backwards according to the playhead and if so, how do i utilise it?

Speedgrade tracker is only forward.

Hell, I didn't know SpeedGrade had any tracking abilities.

Currently you cannot track backwards, but it definitely is on the wish list.
