So I click on the word "download" next to my order for Creative Cloud and I get taken to a blank page and nothing happens. What is supposed to happen?

You will want to go to https://creative.adobe.com/ and log in with your Adobe ID tied to your subscription.

I'm having the same problem. I went to https://creative.adobe.com/ and the window is blank.blank creative cloud.png

I'm logged in (as I am here)--no go. The screenshot above is Firefox on Mac. I also tried Safari on Mac and Firefox on Windows, and the results are the same. Is something not working on the Adobe end? Or am I missing something on my end?

No I just logged in and verified it is still working.  Do you use a software firewall or proxy server?  You may also want to try using Chrome as another alternative browser beyond Firefox and Safari.

Everything is working fine now, though I don't understand exactly why. After my message above, I found an alert to update my Mac system software. I ran the update and restarted my Mac. I reconnected with the Creative Cloud and it's populated. I suppose the system update or the machine restart made this work, but that wouldn't explain why Creative Cloud is now behaving on my Windows laptop as well, which did not benefit from any update or restart; it simply worked.

However this ended up working, I now have my Adobe product installed and running. Thanks, Jeff, for your prompt response.

Hi Swasher1. I first clicked on the link provided in the e-mail confirming my product purchase (http://www.adobe.com/go/cc_appsservices). It took me to https://creative.adobe.com/apps and the blank Creative Cloud page. I restarted Firefox and Safari on my initial visits, but I was greeted with blank screens each time I returned to https://creative.adobe.com/apps. This was also true with Firefox on Windows.

As I mentioned in my follow-up response above, Creative Cloud finally behaved after I restarted my Mac and system update. Given that Creative Cloud also behaved on Firefox on Windows with no update or restart, I'm concluding some kind of fluke or lag.

Same issues on all browsers, The system restart seems to work but closing out, browsers or clearing history and cookies seems to make no difference, its always blank??
