Trying to update artworks at the moment and it has gone slow?! Is something going on with the servers.
(we are on a 50mb+ line and have done line tests, so nothing our end?)
Notifications also appear to be affected.
I tried to send out a notification and got an error to the effect of:
"Notification failed. Your folio is not ready. Try again in a few minutes."
This has been the case all day.
Publishing queue indicates the folio was published many hours ago.
What is the general reliability of these DPS servers compared to the average web hosting company?
I'm at the point of drafting a business case for additional DPS investments but my perception is the service is not all that reliable.
Is that an unfair assessment?
Thanks -- notifications seemed to start working again after the general server issues were fixed.
I did unpublish and re-publish the folio first, so that may have also been a factor.
