Downloading is SLOW!!!

Trying to update artworks at the moment and it has gone slow?! Is something going on with the servers.

 

(we are on a 50mb+ line and have done line tests, so nothing our end?)

    OK, can't upload or download anything? Whats going on!

     

    We have a massive deadline comeing up tomorrow morning and we cant test any amends!

    Having the same issue, trying to update my portfolio and Content Viewer keeps crashing. Why is this happening today! Please fix this issue Adobe, we have deadlines!

    issue is known/was reported to Adobe's lvl3 TS ~45 minutes ago.

    Is this something that may fix shortly (ie worth us staying on a bit) or is it something that will done by the morning?

    I did not get an eta on the issue, just them saying they're aware and investigating. It's been ongoing for ~2 hours total at this point.

    Adobe Viewer crashed continuously - 1 hour for 1 MB Download on my iPad - What is happen?????????

    Content Viewer is fixed on my end but now folio producer is not working! Can we get an official update on what is going on, will this issue be fixed tonight?

    Notifications also appear to be affected.

    I tried to send out a notification and got an error to the effect of:

     

    "Notification failed. Your folio is not ready. Try again in a few minutes."

     

    This has been the case all day.

    Publishing queue indicates the folio was published many hours ago.

     

    Serious question:

     

    What is the general reliability of these DPS servers compared to the average web hosting company?

    I'm at the point of drafting a business case for additional DPS investments but my perception is the service is not all that reliable.

    Is that an unfair assessment?

    Can you send me the productID for the folio whose notifications are failing? I'll investigate and let you know if there is an ongoing issue.

    James,

     

    Thanks -- notifications seemed to start working again after the general server issues were fixed.

    I did unpublish and re-publish the folio first, so that may have also been a factor.

    I'll send the product ID under separate cover.

    Are these servers still down? Still can't download anything via Adobe viewer or on our app?
