Apple Developer Program and iOS Developer Program with Single Edition

Hi All,

I'm at the end of the process to publish my first app using Single Edition.

Following the Publication companion guide for iPad PDF, I've enrolled in the Apple Developepr Program and paid $99 (p. 8 of the PDF guide)

Becoming an Apple Developer

If you have not already signed up as an Apple Developer with a commercial account, go to

http://developer.apple.com, and create an account.

After you join the Apple Developer program and submit your payment, Apple Developer

Support will send you an email message that prompts you to activate your account.

But now, when I try to connect and obtain the certificates and App ID, I can't use the iOS features as it asks me to enroll for this program also...

Did I do a mistake and bought the wrong account type? What can I do now?

Many thanks for your help, I have to deliver my app asap.

It seems that you enrolled the wrong program: Mac Developer Program instead of iOS Developer Program. I think you can try to write them asking for correction, although it would take some time...

Thank you Tomasz for your answer. So now, if I pay again for this https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/, I'll be able to obtain my app IDs? Do you know how long it takes from Apple to give you access, is it immediate?

It should be fairly immediate after they receive your payment.

Thank you Tomasz, I'm still waiting at the moment, I'll post the delay experienced once I get it if it can help other users to have an idea (and an ID)
