Have tried numerous times and ways to install the Adobe Acrobat X Pro update 10.1.3 on Win 7 laptop. Have version 10.1.2. Installer runs for 20 minutes and more, then returns an error 1305 message.
Try installing the updates from the link http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=5361&fileID= 4987 and check
What OS are you running? If in Windows, which version (and 32 or 64 bit). Were you logged in as the administrator and did you have antivirus turned off? As the one link suggests, you may have a corrupt download. Have you tried to update Acrobat from the help menu in Acrobat directly?
Yes to all. Running Win 7, 64 bit, not logged in as Admin but perhaps our IT person was when she gave it a try and had the same result. Anitvirus wouldn’t turn off completely, it auto reboots in 2 minutes (but log didn’t show it attempted to block the download). Tried the direct approach from Acrobat as well (software and online, as the one link showed).
