Sorry to hear about your frustrations regarding adding a logo/image to your mail signature within webmail. 

The options are as follows..

You can add a photo/logo to the text signature of your webmail, if the picture is from an external source using a little HTML.

For example you can add this code:

<img src="http://www.yoursite.com/imagefile.jpg" alt="Test" width="246" height="96" border="0" />

and change the URL of the src with your own and the alt with a custom name - http://screencast.com/t/RuG9QSyPn.

Of course as you've noted you can use an email client (Outlook, MacMail, etc) when sending emails that needs to have a logo in signature.

No need to fret over coding here's a quick and simple way to obtain the HTML code of the signature required. 

In this example I'm using FireFox as my browser and simply highlighted your signature content.  Then I right-clicked and select "view selected source" to grab the HTML.

Just a FYI you might want to create this signature within your site then pull the HTML. Since my example above is pulling the images you've uploaded in this forum thread.  Just in case the forum topic was ever deleted you may lose the images.

It appears since the switch to the new webmail interface the coding no longer works as signatures only accept text at this stage. 

I'll look into this further to get more insight and if this will be possible again.

Hi Aaron,

My apologies for not updating this thread earlier.  This has been resolved and should now be working as normal.  I've also tested to confirm that with proper HTML the signature will populate the image/hyperlink as expected. 

Test code:

<a href="http://www.google.com">Testing Sig Line, Bob</a>

<img src="http://opensrs.com/templates/opensrs/images/logo_top_opensrs.png">

This line should be in plain text

@5iveMEDIA - There's no signature for that specific feature.  The workaround would be to use Customer Service Ticketing (CST) feature to set a signature when replying back to a case through email.
