How do I see the photos in Adobe Elements 10?

How do I open the pictures when I open the Elements 10 program?

    Are you on a PC or Mac?  What do you see on the screen when you are stuck and wanting to look at a photo?  In other words, are you using the Organizer or have you clicked Edit from the opening panel and so are already in the Editor?  Do you know where your photos are stored on your computer, or do you need a program to find them for you?  Presumably you are asking about Photoshop Elements (photos) not Premier Elements (video).

    I am on a PC. I can’t open any photo. I tried both items on the opening page and it did not make any difference. The pictures are stored in the pictures libraries and in the Adobe =3.2 program I used before having to download the Elements 10 program.
