I am trying to download applications but the app manager is stuck in a foreign language. I change the language to english (north american) in the preferences but the software is still in Danish or something like it. Tried reinstalling the app manager and still in Danish.
I am changing the language in the application manager preferences. It asks, in danish, language and location for the download. I ran into this problem yesterday as well when putting the applications on my desk top. Somehow between erasing the application manager and reloading it several times it finally downloaded the english versions of software. When I change the preference to english in the app manager, all the text stays in Danish, does that mean it will download an english version or danish version?
Your help is appreciated,
If you set the language preference to english inside the application manger, regardless of text language(UI language of Adobe Application Manager), it will only install products in english. The language of the UI picked from system preferences and will change once you change language from there as well.
The Correction to that can be done by this way too - The Error was something like this
On Mac -
Applications > utilities > AdobeApplicationManager>CCM>assets>EULA>
now remove the folder you are suspecting it to be ON the language and re re-run the application.
It will ask you to reset the language at the EULA Screen.
This is really annoying. The language refuses to be set to English regardless of what settings I change. Removing the language files Nitin, even though I have reset the language *AGAIN* it now reads in Portuguese.
Unfortunately I got the same problem. the AAM is stuck in spanish.. US English is selected in the preferences and the applications download correctly - but all text in the AAM is in spanish - no the end of the world but annoying!!
If the user interface is in the incorrect language here is how to fix it on the Mac, in this case setting the user interface languge to English :
The user interface should now be in English.
You can confirm the Install language by clicking on your Name in the top left. In the drop-down menu choose Preferences. See that the language field is set to 'English (North America)'. If not you can change it. The scroll bar on the right is small but you can use the up and down arrow keys to navigate too.

What I did was:
Navigate to Applications > utilities > AdobeApplicationManager>CCM>ZStringResources>
Delete every folder except en_US and the file FontCustomization.xml.. or you can option delete the folder you expect. ( e.g: pl_BR )
Europe, Middle East and Africa
