I have my site all done in dreamweaver, but when I uploaded it, the template design was not there. It is all just straight text.

My site is allseasonroofing.com, please help!

What you're seeinig is an unstyled webpage because the CSS styles are not being applied.

In the code is this line

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="index_files/basic-noise.css" title="Basic Noise" media="all">

which points to this CSS file (which does not exist).

http://allseasonroofing.com/index_files/basic-noise.css

Ensure:

Your CSS file is correctly uploaded to the server
The code is using the correct file path to point to the CSS file

404 - FILE NOT FOUND
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="index_files/basic-noise.css" title="Basic Noise" media="all">

FOLDER NOT FOUND
http://allseasonroofing.com/index_files/

In DW files panel, click on your main site folder and hit the UP arrow to upload site to server.
When prompted to "include dependant files," hit YES.
