Frustrated with downloading

Why does it keep telling me to close out Internet Explorer to complete the download? It stalls at 50% of download complete

    Because you need to close Internet Explorrer. It may not be obvious, but it's still running somewhere. Could be a custom menmu bar, could be a sidebar widget, could be your web desktop. Otehr than that consider the suggestions here as an alternative for downloading: http://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl
