After installing Adobe Flash Player 11, I still get a message that I need to install it.

After installing Adobe Flash Player 11, I still receive a message that I need to install it to view video. My control panel says that it is installed. What should I do?

Since you mention "control panel" I assume that you are on Windows. What version & edition? What web browser do you use?

What files do you have in
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash ?
C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash ?
