Adobe CQ Beta Login and Subscription

How does one get membership of the beta version of Adobe CQ ? I have filled out the sign up form with my Adobe ID and password, but no login info was sent. Is this a closed or semi-open beta ? Also will CQ Cloud be offered via monthly or yearly subscriptions, in a similar fashion to the creative cloud offering.
