Version 5.5 - Users Unable to View Question Slides

I have created an aggregated project with version 5.5 with four quiz questions published in .swf format.  I have received some feedback from users that state that question #2 is blank. This is not happening with all users, only some of them.. My guess is that it is related to the version of Flash.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Delete and recreate the slide again from scratch.  Then republish and check with the affected users.  If the issue was a Flash Player version I'd be expecting LOTs of things not to work.
