flash player 11.3 or 10.3

Good evening!

I have a question! Tell me please? what is the reason of using updated flash player 11.3, but when I switching on-line videos (youtube or anything else) my laptop completely freezes and only reboot helps? But when I use an old player 10.3 nothing freezes but laptop works worse. And the Windows 7 maximum 32bit Service Pack 1 is reinstalled. I use the browser FireFox.

Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher

Please tell me how to understand what drivers I need to download for my video card?

Using Internet Explorer, go to http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect and check if there are newer drivers available for your device.
