Can PSE10 open NEF from D3200?

I get an error "Cannot open <filename.NEF>" whenever I try to open any NEF files from D3200.  Help!  Novice user here.  I've searched knowledge bases and PSE10 seem to support only Nikon D3100? If so anyone knows when D3200 will be supported?

    There are never any promises as to when new versions of the Camera RAW plug-in will be released.  Specifically for your D3200, it's not listed as being supported in the current beta candidate, and also no promises as to which additional cameras might be included in the final release.
