Adobe Community: cs6 field - iris slow , is there a fix?

Mantra, they use Cs6 Frameworks, I doubt that they'll work in previous versions.

What is your graphic card/display driver, what size of images, how many points do you put on the image...

Hi PECourtejoie

i have ati hd 4400 serie i guess , about the drivers , are more slow the new then the previous , by the way i tried different drivers versions under w7 , no differents

about the size 10 mp and 20 mp

only 1 point

but does it use gl or cpu ?

They use openCL, and not openGL, but it is still done in the GPU:

i don't think i have openCL installed

maybe for this reason they are slow

Yes, if your graphic card does not support the OpenCL optimizations, the use of the filter will be slower.

i guess the ati hd 4000 serie support the openCL

in the manual of my video card there is

OpenGL 3.2 support

is enough?

by the way is very fast to you ? do you run under windows7?

i guess the photoshop works better with nvidia...
