Error message 100

I keep getting the error message 100 when I try to download the trial version of CS6. I'm awaiting an activation code, but I assume I will have to have the trial version downloaded first?

 

I saw a similar query and so it might be a software firewall or some other security software which is interfering. Can you be more specific in terms of how to go about removing these restrictions?
