Preflight verification for a pdf/a-1b passes in version 9.2.0(065) but fails in version 10.0

I have a pdf/a-1b file created using an existing pdf file using the pdf tp pdf/a tool by www.pdf-tools.com.

 

Preflight verification for it succeeded in 9.2.0 but failed in 10.0 why?

 

In 9.2.0 I get Results(Summary)

No problems found

 

In 10.0.0 (081) I get Results(Summary)

Glyphs missing in embedded font (68 matches on 1 page)

Width information for rendered glyphs is inconsistent (111 matches on 1 page)
